RUMFORD — Courtney Rollins had 16 points to lead Carrabec past Mountain Valley 31-23 in a Mountain Valley Conference girls basketball game Saturday.
Cheyenne Cahill had six points for Carrabec (2-1).
Autumn Freeman led Mountain Valley (1-2) had eight points. Brooke Brown had seven points.
SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 47, WINTHROP 44 OT: Olivia Mastine scored a game-high 22 points and the Phoenix overcame a slow start to rally in Jay.
Jaydn Pingree added 12 points and nine assists for Spruce Mountain (2-0), which trailed 13-4 after one quarter.
Maddie Perkins paced Winthrop (1-1) with 18 points.
VALLEY 91, VINALHAVEN 23: Brielle Hill scored 30 points to lead the Cavaliers to the East/West Conference win in Bingham.
Madeline Hill added 17 points for Valley (2-0) while Kirsten Bigelow chipped in 11.
Vinalhaven falls to 0-2.

Fisher Tewksbury added 22 points for Valley (2-0) while Wallace Savoy scored nine.
