Richard “Dick” Arbour

AUGUSTA – Richard (Dick) Arbour, 67, of Augusta died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, at Pinewood Terrace Assisted Living in Farmington, Maine. He was born in Augusta on Jan. 20, 1954. The son of the late Joseph Gedeon Arbour and the late Bertha M. Arbour. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Paul Arbour, Donald Arbour, sister Connie Letendre and nephew Adam Stetson. Surviving are sisters, Wanita Thibodeau of Oxford, Maine and Diane Pillsbury of Vienna, Maine. Five sons, Ross Bouchard, Heath Arbour, Eric Arbour, Danny Smith and Derrick Smith and many nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles and cousins. Dick had a very tough last six years battling oral cancer, and beating it, all while being thrown into the terrible, scary, unrelenting world of Alzheimers, which he could not beat. He was self employed as a carpenter, roofer and property management. There will be no service upon his request.
