
Richard “Dick” Albert Rodrigue
ZEPHYRHILLS – Richard “Dick” Albert Rodrigue, 92, of Zephyrhills, Fla., formerly of Oakland, Maine passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022.
He is survived by his devoted wife of almost 73 years, Joan LaCroix Rodrigue; two daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and David Latham, Sandra and John Palmer; four grandchildren, Mariah Eno Griffith, Wade Eno, Erica Palmer and Shane Palmer. Also surviving are his great-grandchildren, Tyler Harris, Jacob Harris, Eloise Eno and Alexis Palmer; as well as his great-great-grandchild, Easton Harris; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Mary Jane Castilloux Rodrigue and Albert Rodrigue; and his two sisters, Jeanine Albert and Rita Shotten.
During his earlier years, Dick enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling and golf; in his later years, he enjoyed playing shuffleboard and bocce ball and never lost his passion for golf as he still played.
The family would like a special thank you to Mike Todd, Lloyd Hopper and Elaine Snow who took Dick to play golf weekly the last few years of his life.
Graveside services will be held in Maine in the spring.
