COLCHESTER, Vt. — Two local students have been named to the 2021 fall semester dean’s list at Saint Michael’s College.
They are Osman Karas of Jefferson, a first-year engineering major and a graduate of Lincoln Academy in Newcastle; and Arianna Kelsey of Richmond, a sophomore computer science major and a graduate of Gardiner Area High School.
