Patricia Seed

TOPSHAM – Patricia Seed, 79, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022, at her home following a long illness. She was born in Gateshead, England on July 12, 1942, a daughter of the late John W. and Ellen (Stokes) Stiff.Mrs. Seed was a high school graduate and was a homemaker for most of her life.She held several jobs, including owning a Day Care and working at the Senator Inn in Augusta.Mrs. Seed was predeceased by three brothers: Walter, John and William Stiff.She is survived by her husband of 56 years, John A. Seed of Topsham; two sons: Michael J. Seed of Gorham and Paul J. Seed of Gardiner; two brothers: Monroe and Derrick Stiff, both on England; a sister, Daisy Wallace, also of England; three grandchildren: Delaney, Madeline and Benjamin Seed as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.There will be no public visiting hours. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 21, at 11 a.m., at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta.
