Scott Michael Stevens

AUGUSTA – Scott Michael Stevens, 52, died Feb. 20, 2022, after a long battle with his health over the past few years. He was born in Augusta, on Dec. 21, 1969, the son of Robert F. Stevens and Shirley Girard Marshall. Scott was a friendly face and made friends with many people, he loved all animals and kids. He passed peacefully at home after being cared for by his close friends Jessica Symonds and Johnathon Hanson the past few months.He was predeceased by his parents, and brother-in-law, Andre Chabot.Surviving are his siblings: Robert “Buddy” Stevens and his wife Belinda of Augusta, James Stevens of Augusta, Laurie Chabot of Augusta, Elizabeth Crocker and her husband Steven of Gardiner and Tom Pollard and wife Rose Snook of Norman, OK; his nephews: Andre “AJ” Chabot of Augusta, Todd Chabot and wife Jessica of Windsor and Christopher Chabot and wife Jennifer of Augusta; his niece, Desiree Chabot of Augusta; his great nieces and nephews: Allyx, Andrea, Makayla, Matthew, Jack, Tyler, Connor, Mariah, Reid and Piper, along with many friends he’s made throughout the years.There will be no public visiting hours. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 4, at 11 a.m., at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Northern Ave., Augusta.
