The Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce plans its monthly Business After Hours event for 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, hosted by van der Brew at 30 Summer St. in Winthrop.
The event is free and open to chamber members and guests, according to a news release from the Augusta-based chamber.
This month’s Business After Hours, co-sponsored by Alternative Manufacturing Inc. and Ted’s Trackside Grill, is an opportunity to network, as well as to get back to business with the local community.
The chamber organizes free monthly networking receptions for members by pairing with member businesses.
Every Business After Hours is an opportunity to network, win door prizes, and participate in the 50/50 raffle. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be available.
Business After Hours is sponsored by Bangor Savings Bank, Buoy Local and Cross Insurance.
RSVP at kennebecvalleychamber.com or by contacting the chamber at [email protected] or 207-623-4559.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
You can read more here about our commenting policy and terms of use. More information is also found on our FAQs.
