ST. PETERSURG, Fla. – Duane A. Tweedie died peacefully March 2, 2022 at his home with his family by his side after a period of declining health. He was born Oct. 7, 1941.

Duane worked for Hannaford Brothers for 35 years. After retiring early, volunteerism became important to him.

Duane will be greatly missed by his wife Terry; sons Duane (Janet), Lenny (Delores), Jeff (Jennifer); and grandchildren Sarah (Grant), Vernon, Desiree (Dylan), Camden, Shane and Alana; and one great-grandson Isaac.

He is survived by sisters Judie Bushey and Doreen Doran. Duane was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Gloria Tweedie.

Per Duane’s request, there will be no services.
