The best kept secret in Augusta is that in January the Androscoggin Hospice Thrift Store opened at 165 Capitol St. It is only open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and donations are accepted when they are open.

When more volunteers are available they will be open longer just like the one they operate in the Lewiston/Auburn area.
