Victor L. Hartley

CANAAN – Victor “Vic” L. Hartley, 74, passed away unexpectedly at his daughters home in Pittsfield, Friday April 22, 2022.He was born June 11, 1947, the son of Hubert and Ona Hartley. He graduated high school in 1965 from Clinton High School. He also served during the Vietnam War where he received the bronze star.He had many professions. Among them were woodsman, mill worker, construction worker, and most noted of all antique dealer.His favorite things to do were hunting, antiques, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He also loved food.He was predeceased by his parents Hubert & Ona; his wife Sandra Hartley; daughter Sonya Engelhardt; granddaughter Tiffany Hartley; and brothers Terry, Merle, and Carl Hartley.He is survived by his children Lauren Donahue, Victor (Tuffy) Hartley, Ted Hartley, Angela Murray, Michelle Hutchins, Victoria Lund; and many brothers, sisters; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; cousins; nieces, and nephews.
