Town and city managers have difficult and many times thankless jobs. But I want to commend Chelsea town manager Scott Tilton and Hallowell city manager Gary Lamb for working closely together to solve a problem with the new lighting at Butternut Park in Chelsea. They were both respectful of my complaint and able to work out a solution that was acceptable to all. Thank you.
