Quantam is scheduled to perform a free concert from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, June 26, in the Camden Amphitheatre on Atlantic Avenue.
This electronic sound performance group from Maine includes Jason Dean on vocals, drum machines, and keys; and Michael Whitehead on bass and pedals.
They describe their sound as “an eclectic style blending dance music with film score and a Jazz flair,” according to a news release from Camden Public Library.
This theatrical duo has produced three albums and have been touring both in Maine and out of state for several years.
People can bring a chair or blanket for comfortable seating.
The program is part of the library’s Summer Music & Theatre Series, sponsored by Allen Insurance and Financial.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
