Healthy Community Coalition plans to host two adult COVID-19 walk-in vaccine clinics in Franklin County in July.
Vaccines are provided at no cost and all are welcome, according to a news release from the Farmington-based Franklin Community Health Network.
The schedule:
• Tuesday, July 12, 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Rangeley Health and Wellness, 25 Dallas Hill Road.
• Wednesday, July 20, 1-3 p.m., Jay Town Office, 340 Main St.
People older than 50 can now get a second booster dose four months after their first booster dose to further increase their protection.
Individuals should bring their COVID-19 vaccination card with them. Those with health insurance are asked to bring their cards with them also, but insurance is not mandatory.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
