Alexander Keith Lewis

FARMINGDALE – Alexander Keith Lewis, 21, of Farmingdale passed unexpectedly on July 14, 2022.

He was an energetic young man with a magnetic personality. He loved animals, art, music and riding his motorcycle. 

He was predeceased by his biological mother Jeannie Glazier.

Alex is survived by his daughter Phoenix of Louisiana; parents, Phillip and Shelley Lewis of Farmingdale; two sisters, Hannah and Cera, and his brother Aaron; paternal grandparents, Phil Lewis and wife Kathy of Mt. Vernon, and grandmother Nancy Lewis of Hallowell; stepfather Edward Glazier II; three half siblings, William, Bryan and Diana, all of Louisiana; maternal grandmother Diana, as well as his extended family, aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

Alex’s services will be held at Staples Funeral Home, 53 Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner, on Saturday, July 30, with visiting from 10-11 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m.

In Alex’s memory, the family requests that guests wear purple or white to the services.
