James Leonard Burgess

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – James Leonard Burgess, 61, passed away on July 16, 2022, in Palm Springs, California.

He was the son of Edward and Theoline (Leo) Burgess. He was predeceased by his mother, Theo Burgess and his brother, Scott Burgess. He is survived by his father Ed Burgess and his wife Niki of Skowhegan, his brother Jeff and Companion Cindy of New Port Richey, Florida, his niece Zoe Burgess of Florida, his longtime friend and caregiver Tom Maccarone, his friend Art Quinn, his cousins, and step sisters.

There will be a burial at the Calvary Cemetery in Skowhegan at 1 p.m., on Friday, Aug. 19, 2022. Arrangements are in the care of Dan & Scott’s Cremation & Funeral Service.
