The Rangeley Friends of the Arts will host the 8th annual Western Mountain Photography Show, a juried photo exhibit, from Saturday, Sept. 10, through Thursday, Oct. 6. The theme for this year’s exhibit is “Americana.”
During the entire exhibit, attendees may vote for their favorite image in the People’s Choice competition.
An awards reception will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Lakeside Contemporary Art Gallery. This is a public event and reception featuring complimentary snacks and cash bar (beer/wine) where the accepted images will be on display and the winners will be announced and prizes awarded.
Gallery Hours are from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
