KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Anita Lynn Gumbinner Boyd, 74, passed away peacefully at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence, in Kalamanzoo, Mich., on Aug. 5, 2022, with her children by her side.

Lynn was born in Mineola, New York, on Aug. 2, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Hilda M. (Patrick) Gumbinner and Lawrence B. Gumbinner.

She is survived by her son, Deric (Chrissy) Sliger; her daughters, Ashley Tucker and Bethany Porter; several grandchildren; and her sisters, Diane Plourde and Gail Robertson.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place and internment of her cremains will be at the Gumbinner Family Plot in Brookside Cemetery of Rome, Maine.
