AUGUSTA – Michael N. Taylor, 46, of Augusta, passed away on Aug. 20, 2022 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

Mike was a beautiful soul with so much love in his heart for those around him and he never failed to brighten up the room. Michael had a deep love of music that made up who he was. Michael also deeply loved his wife, Peggy, and always took care of her as best as he could.

Mike leaves behind his wife Peggy; daughter, Angel; mother, Rosalie; sister, Tammy and her husband, Bill; and many other loved ones.

Though Michael is now at peace with God in heaven, nothing will fill the hole he has left in our hearts and his memory will live on in those who loved him.

A celebration of life will be held on Sept. 9 at 11 a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church, 237 Eastern Ave. in Augusta for those who wish to honor his life and memory. A reception will follow the service.
