A Ruthie Foster concert is set for 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9, at Stone Mountain Arts Center, 695 Dugway Road in Brownfield.
Foster is mostly considered a blues singer, sometimes a folkie, and sometimes known for being a songwriter. A Grammy nominated artist with multiple awards to her resume, she is admired by many of her peers in the musical community.
Tickets cost $40 and there is an eight ticket limit for this show.
