Augusta-based VA Maine Healthcare System plans to hold virtual veteran listening sessions Monday, Oct. 17.
Feedback and suggestions are needed on how to enhance an initial experience when entering the facilities. There will be two listening sessions hosted by VA’s national Veterans Experience Office, and all are invited to attend one of these sessions, according to a news release from Jonathan Barczyk, public affairs specialist.
