In November, I get to proudly vote for Corey Wilson to be my state representative for Readfield and Winthrop.

I have known Corey since he was in diapers, literally. I have seen him overcome so much adversity and grow into a fine man, husband, and father. Corey is intelligent, hard-working, and has a fine sense of humor — he always has.

When I look for someone to vote for, I look for someone who is like me: down to earth and a real Mainer with life experience. I can tell you that Corey is as real as it gets. He can relate to all of the Maine people who are struggling right now — he has walked a mile in their shoes — and he genuinely wants to help them.

As someone who has known him for as long as I have, I wholeheartedly trust Corey and I hope you do too.
