Charles Bussell has been knocking on doors all over the district speaking with people of all walks of life, particularly the rural and urban poor. The rural and urban poor are generally forgotten by our political class, but Charles doesn’t discount these people. He treats them as his equal and listens to them as they share their life experiences, problems, and their needs. Their voices matter.
Charles will represent all residents of the district. He will work to improve the lives of Maine’s poor, by addressing our substance abuse and mental health crises, improving access to healthcare, especially dental care, bringing about meaningful welfare reform, and by improving our business climate thereby attracting investors and job opportunities to make sure that all Maine people can live meaningful, healthy, and productive lives.
That’s why I’m voting for Bussell for Maine House.
