The Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center is collaborating with the Dempsey Center to present a new online program.
Time-saving Sheet Pan Meals, a cooking demonstration by Kelly Falone of the Dempsey Center, is set for 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29. The program will focus on how to prepare quick and easy meals.
Getting the proper nutrition and cooking a meal at home can be a challenge when feeling fatigued. With some simple tips, it is possible to prepare a healthy meal when people don’t think they have the energy, according to a news release from the resource center.
Participants can follow along step-by-step at home via Zoom.
This program is possible thanks to the support of Jane’s Trust, a charitable foundation located in Boston, Massachusetts, and Hannaford Foundation.
As with all Dempsey Center and Beth C. Wright Cancer Resource Center services, these programs are provided at no cost and are open to all.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
