FAIRFIELD — Kam Douin scored 25 points to lead the Cony boys basketball team to a 68-66 win over Lawrence on Tuesday in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game.
Parker Sergent scored 15 points, while Brady Hopkins added 12 points for the Rams (4-0).
Connor Nutting led the Bulldogs (2-1) with 16 points, while Michael Hamlin added 13 points.
MT. BLUE 82, GARDINER 36: Evans Sterling scored 21 points as the Cougars (3-1) won easily at Gardiner.
Jayden Meader added 15 points for Mt. Blue, while Nolan Leso added 14 and Nicolo Barbieri 10.
Cody Dingwell scored 10 points for Gardiner (0-3), and Zach Kristan pulled down 11 rebounds.
MARANACOOK 75, POLAND 70: Brayden St. Pierre scored 19 points to lead the Black Bears over the Knights in Readfield.
Keagan McClure scored 14 points, while Nick Wilson added 12 points for Maranacook (2-1).
Nicholas Aube led Poland (2-2) with 33 points. Hayden Christner added 15 points.
CARRABEC 73, MADISON 61: Luke Care scored 26 points as the Cobras (1-2) earned their first win of the season in Anson.
Bobby Lindblom added 16 points and Joe Gherke 15 for Carrabec.
Callan Franzose netted a game-high 28 points for Madison (1-2) and Deacon Murray added 14.
MT. ABRAM 77, ST. DOMINIC 39: Payton Mitchell scored 21 points and Kayden Pillsbury added 14 as the Roadrunners rolled at Anson.
Bryce Wilcox and Tucker Plouffe each scored 10 points for Mt. Abram (2-1). The Saints were held to 13 points in the first half. Taylor Varney led St. Dom’s with 13 points.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
LINCOLN ACADEMY 55, WINSLOW 25: Mariam DeLisle scored 17 points and Reegan Dunican had 14 as the Eagles (1-2) raced to a 23-1 first quarter lead and cruised past the Raiders (0-3) at Winslow.
Bethanny Blakley scored 11 points for Winslow.
