John Gregory Webster

BELGRADE – John passed away unexpectedly of natural causes while visiting a friend in Rockwood on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2023

John was born at Thayer Hospital, Waterville. Son of John Russell Webster and Gloria Tillson Webster. John was predeceased by his wife Sandra and his father John, mother Gloria.

He is survived by son Jamison Webster (April) and daughter Stacie Webster; grandchildren, Tehya, Tiana, John David, Jake and Lucas Webster, Zachary Adams. Sisters Leigh Mosher, Cyndy (Barrie) Elliot, uncle Donald (Gloria) Tillson, nephew William Redlevske, mother-in-law: Tina Breton Keller, brother-in-law: Raymond (Linda) Breton, sister-in-law: Sara Stratton.

John was married to Sandra Breton Webster for 47 years, they raised their family in Belgrade. He worked at Great Pond Marina on the Mail boat delivering Mail in is younger years, worked as a Mason,

Until he was self-employed with his own business “John Webster and Son” construction and Jacking successfully for 40-plus years. John was an avid hunter, trapper, and fishermen.

Hobbies: Collecting old classic cars and trucks. He enjoyed having cookouts with the family and always spending time with the grandchildren. He was always willing to help out at any given time.

He will be greatly missed by family, friends and community. Service to follow in Spring.
