Thomas G. Delile

MADISON – Thomas G. Delile, 90, of Madison, passed away on March 6, 2023 at Redington Fairview Hospital in Skowhegan.

Thomas was born on Oct. 27, 1932 in Anson, a son of Matilda and Antonio Delile. He was educated in the local schools, and Graduated later in life from Skowhegan High School.

He met and married the love of his life, Lorena Delile, on June 11, 1955. They made their life in Madison. Raising three children, he was the manager of LaVerdiere’s for 30 years.

He enjoyed getting dough boys while camping in Old Orchard Beach, and going to breakfast with his daughter Christine and her husband Kenneth.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Lorena; both of his parents; as well as his siblings.

Thomas is survived by his children, Rose Page and her husband Duane of Old Town, Alan Delile and his wife Roxann of Norridgewock and Christine Corson and her husband Kenneth also of Norridgewock; as well as his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held Sunday March 12, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Giberson Funeral Home 40 Maple St. in Madison. A Catholic Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday March 13, 2023 at St. Sebastian Church on Main Street in Madison.
