Maria M. Theberge

AUGUSTA – Maria M. Theberge, 77, passed away at MaineGeneral with her loving daughter by her side Saturday, April 22, 2023. She was born Aug. 14, 1945, the daughter of Vasilios and Yvonne (Labbe) Konstantoulakis.

Maria grew up in Augusta and was a graduate of Cony High School in the class of 1966. In November 1966, she married Robert Theberge. Maria was employed for 35 years at Kirschner Meats. She was a loved member of her community at Arch Beta apartments. She enjoyed taking day trips to the coast, baking cookies for her friends, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband.

Maria is survived by her daughter, Tammy Bracco and her husband, PJ; grandchildren, Joseph and Annabella Bracco; siblings, Elaine Brann, Vassar Tupper and her husband Robert, and Nicholas Konstantoulakis, sister-in-law, Irma Chase; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at the Maine Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt. Vernon Rd., Augusta on Friday, July 21 at 1 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta. Condolences, stories, and photos may be shared by visiting http://www.plummerfh.com.
