APEX, N.C. – Dana W. Balch, formerly of Manchester, Maine, passed away in hospice care in Raleigh, NC on Dec. 25, 2022.

During their time in Maine, he and his wife Marion, who passed away in 2010, attended the Manchester Community Church.

He is survived by Barbara (Packales) and Drew Vinal, Betsy Barker; his grandson, Michael Simmons and wife Allison, and great-grandson Matthew.

There will be a memorial service on June 17, 2023 at 2 pm at the First Parish Church in Groton, Mass. where he and Marion were members for over 50 years.
