Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce is scheduled to present the Rangeley Art Crawl from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, July 1, in downtown Rangeley.
It is a celebration of regional and seasonal artists and their art in all its forms, and it provides an opportunity to meet the artists behind the creations, according to a news release from Amanda Christian, chamber executive director.
People can check out local galleries and meet local and regional artists in and outside local businesses on Main and Pond streets. In addition to meeting the artists, attendees can enjoy the views of Rangeley Lake and Haley Pond.
This is a kid-friendly event.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
