GUILFORD – A memorial service for Theresa Bartley Rioux, 96, who passed away on June 18, 2023, will be held 10 a.m., Monday, July 17 in the chapel at Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt. Vernon Rd., Augusta.
