The seventh annual Washington Community Auction is set for Saturday, July 22, at the Washington Fire Station, 42 Old Union Road.
A preview and silent auction will start at 4 p.m. The live auction will begin at 6 p.m.
Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Washington Fire Department Auxiliary, Evening Star Grange, Gibbs Library, Hill & Gully Snowmobile Club, Minnie Weaver Scholarship, Prescott Memorial Parent Teacher Group, Washington Community Scholarship, Washington Historical Society, Washington Food Bank, Washington Trail Committee, Village Church and the Ladies Guild.
There will be more than 100 auction items, including one-of-a-kind wall hangings, a new six-foot Fisher Plow, locally made cabinets, tools, gift certificates to local businesses, a therapeutic massage, farm markets and Christmas trees, according to a news release from the town’s library.
The Grange also will sell refreshments.
