The Androscoggin Home HealthCare + Hospice Thrift Store in Augusta is set to celebrate National Thrift Store Day on Thursday, Aug. 17, with a week-long sale at 165 Capitol St.

People can shop for books, dishes, clothing, crafts, home décor and more at bargain prices. People can bring donations.
All proceeds will go to uninsured or underinsured Androscoggin Hospice patients.
The Augusta location opened its doors in early 2022 with an all-volunteer staff.
The hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
