I am writing to encourage all Augusta residents to support Chris Voynik for Augusta City Council. Chris has shown his positive involvement in local businesses and non-profits for the Kennebec/Augusta community.

However, Augusta is at a crossroads. Progress has been made to revitalize Augusta as a tourist destination and a safe, welcoming, and affordable city for residents. But rising property taxes and deteriorating city roads make future success uncertain.

We need a strong voice in the City Council to promote effective city services, attract new businesses, and work to get our city’s roads repaired. The choice has never more clearer: A vote for Chris Voynik for Augusta City Council on Nov. 7 is a vote for a better, more vibrant Augusta.
