READFIELD — Hope Bell’s go-ahead goal with 6 minutes left lifted the Maranacook girls soccer team to a 2-1 win over Hall-Dale in the Mountain Valley Conference championship game Thursday.
Maranacook (14-0-1) has defeated Hall-Dale (10-5) three times this season, all by one goal.
Hall-Dale opened the scoring in the first half when Hayden Madore converted a corner kick. Marie Benoit earned the assist. Maranacook’s Phoebe Bell knotted the score with 20 minutes left, assisted by Alice Ferran.
