The greed in the housing market is out of control. Rents are $1,200-1,500 or more per month and the average price of a home is $300,000-plus. The average income earners can’t afford either and are trapped where they’re at.

This could all be resolved by the wealthy. There are 756 billionaires and 22.7 million millionaires in the country. Why couldn’t a group of them form a company to build enough affordable housing and eliminate this crisis? Anyone out there know any wealthy people?
