There are some very important referendum questions this year. For Oakland voters, there is something that is just as important to consider. Bob Nutting is running for reelection to the Oakland town council.
His knowledge and experience are very important to keep Oakland growing as a great place to live and raise a family. Our taxes are the lowest of any full-service community in our area and there are many new things going on in Oakland. This doesn’t happen by accident; it takes careful planning and cooperation between the town council, town manager, and the dedicated employees who work every day for the citizens of Oakland.
Our five councilors have varying opinions on many things that come up but always reach a consensus that is best for Oakland. When you go to vote think about what is best for Oakland and vote to keep Bob Nutting on the council.
