SKOWHEGAN – Jeffrey Robert Bowzer, 73, passed away on Oct. 27, 2023, at his home. He was born on Sept. 1, 1949, in Boston. He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran as well as a Mason with Somerset Lodge #34. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
