The Camden Public Library welcomes Amory Wilcox for an introduction to the exciting and interdisciplinary field of ecopsychology at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, in the Picker Room and on Zoom.
Wilcox will guide the audience through sensory exercises and contemplative questions that touch on education, healthcare, and food systems. Learn about the applications of ecopsychology from the personal to the community and come away feeling inspired, according to ao news release from Julia Sagaser at the library.

Wilcox is a graduate student working on her Master of Arts degree in Ecopsychology and she is on a mission to spread the word about it. She started www.ecopsychology101.org to bring the principles, practices, and philosophy of ecopsychology to the general public in an accessible way. She can be reached at her website.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
You can read more here about our commenting policy and terms of use. More information is also found on our FAQs.
