Eric B. Fogg

WATERVILLE – Eric B. Fogg passed away peacefully in his home on Feb. 15, 2024, surrounded by the love of his family. Eric was born on Dec. 8, 1956, in Waterville, and was the youngest son of Leo and Avena Fogg. Eric spent 15 years in Connecticut before settling in Vassalboro at the age of 17 where he remained until his passing.

Eric worked for several companies including; Cives Steel Co., Diamond International, and Northern Country Concrete before settling at the Town of Winslow.

Eric was an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman. You could always find Eric outside or spending quality time with his family.

Eric was predeceased by both his parents and his brothers. Dana Fogg and Verdel “Bud” Nash. He is survived by his lifelong partner Robyn Philbrook of Clinton and their daughter Brandy Fogg; his parents-in-law Robert and Marie Philbrook of Clinton, whom he had a close relationship with; his brother Bruce Nash of Dolores, Colo., his cousin Ruth Woodbury who was very special to him; as well as several nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Eric especially enjoyed spending time with his daughter Brandy and his niece Shenee Foster of Clinton, who spent weekends with him, Robyn, and Brandy growing up.

Eric’s family would like to thank everyone who has helped throughout the end of his journey including the lovely nurses and aides with Beacon Hospice, Sarah and Maurice Paré, Bruce Lancaster, Renee York, Denise James, Julie Browne, Charlie Plourde, and many others we may not have mentioned by name.



There will be a celebration of life which will be announced at a later date.
