WASHINGTON — Gibbs Library is set to host artist and instructor Karen Jelenfy to teach a free art class on abstract landscape painting.
The event runs from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 30, in the Bryant Room at Gibbs Library, 40 Old Union Road.
Beginning and experienced artists are welcome. Participants from Jelenfy’s previous art class will learn new techniques and build on current skills, while instruction will be offered to the beginning artist as well. This class is free with all materials provided. Snacks will be offered, but participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch.
