Deborah Lee “Durepo” Baker
SKOWHEGAN – Deborah Lee “Durepo” Baker, 67, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Debbie was born on April 25, 1956, daughter to Richard and Patsy (Steward) Baker.
Debbie worked in the shoe industry for many years though she found her true calling in her role as a CNA at Cedar Ridge. Debbie was loved by her whole family. She was a strong and loving mother, sister, and mammie. Her family was her life. And she helped so many people. Debbie hosted all the holidays. She loved cooking, be it Fourth of July, Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Eve.
She was predeceased by both her parents, brother Ronald Brooks, and her grandparents, Viola and Lewis Steward.
Debbie is survived by her three children, Jack with his wife Nadene Boulette, Scott with his wife Amy Boulette, and Nichole with her husband Chris Laplant; grandchildren, Amanda, Jordan, Alanna, and Brennen Boulette, and Noah Laplant; her sister Angel Hamar; brother and sister-in-law Karen and Alan Brooks; nephew Ronnie Brooks; and several cousins.
There is nothing she would not do for her family; her love knew no bounds.
Until we meet again.
