Courtney Jean Ricker

WINTHROP – Courtney Jean Ricker, 84, passed away Feb. 25, 2024, at Montello Manor and Commons in Lewiston.

Courtney was born Aug. 31, 1939 in Norwich, Connecticut, the daughter of Ellsworth W. and Edith (Billings) Robinson.

In 1965, Courtney married Frank Ricker and they moved to Winthrop where they made their home and raised Courtney’s children David and Shari.

Courtney was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was very talented and enjoyed many arts and crafts and taught classes including Tole Painting, Cake Decorating, and many others.

She was a faithful Born Again Christian and attended the Faith Alliance Church of Winthrop for many years.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Ricker.

She is survived by her daughter Shari Falcone and son David Ricker; grandchildren Ashley Eaton-Falcone and her husband Mike, Aaliyah Wilson-Falcone, David Ricker, and Shane Ricker; great grandchildren Gianna and Roman Eaton; along with extended family and friends.

A celebration of Courtney’s life will be held Saturday, June 1, at 11 a.m., at the Faith Alliance Church, Pleasant Street, Winthrop. Courtney will be buried with Frank in East Winthrop Cemetery.
