Winslow Community Cupboard food pantry is set to hold a Pancake Breakfast with the Easter Bunny event from 8:30-11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, at Winslow Congregational Church, 12 Lithgow St.
The cost of the breakfast is a $5 donation, with all proceeds benefiting the pantry.
The pantry serves food-insecure children, seniors, and other adults from Winslow, Waterville and 22 surrounding towns.
Attendees can get their picture taken with the Easter Bunny — and with real bunnies. They also can participate in a Kids Power Wheel Raffle, see live baby goats, and meet Charm the Mini-Pony and Harriet the Donkey.
Those who cannot attend, but would like to donate to the food pantry, can visit wccpantry.com.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
