BOWDOINHAM — University of Maine Cooperative Extension is set to host a statewide Flowering in the North gathering from 2:30-5 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at The Hive at Dandelion Spring Farm, 961 Ridge Road.
The informal program will include a discussion about the educational needs of the regional cut flower industry, and the possibility of relaunching a Flowering in the North conference. During the event, participants can connect with fellow cut flower growers and the new chair of the FITN program, Assistant Extension Professor Ankit Singh.
This event is free; snacks will be available.
