I am supporting Cassie Julia as state representative for House District 65 for a number of reasons.

Cassie is a strong supporter of issues affecting women and people in the LGBTQ community, which my current representative is not. She will stand up for our medical professionals who provide a full range of reproductive and gender affirming services. My current representative voted against providing that protection and voted against funding for family planning.

Because Cassie has been active in school issues for many years and is on the Planning Board, she is well aware of our local needs. She understands that service centers such as Waterville need state funds to address some of the challenges we face. I know that Cassie will introduce and advocate for legislation to address those issues and look for ways to provide tax relief for our city.

Cassie will bring fresh energy to ongoing challenges. Join me in supporting her.
