John Earle Phelps

SIDNEY – John Earle Phelps was born in Huntington, West Virginia on Dec. 2, 1931, the son of Edward and Ethel Phelps. Husband of Joyce Richardson of Farmingdale.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 17 at 12 noon at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Belgrade Maine.
