BELGRADE — Portside Real Estate Group, led by founder and CEO Dava Davin, has announced its acquisition of Lakepoint Real Estate, led by Dan McCarron. This collaboration brings together the strengths of both companies, establishing a new leader in the central Maine real estate market, according to a news release.

Lakepoint is known for its roster of specialists in lakeside real estate. It has been the leading agency in the Belgrade Lakes Region for the last 18 years and number six in Kennebec County.

The Lakepoint office, located in Belgrade Lakes Village, will continue to be led by Dan McCarron. It will become part of Portside’s existing network, which includes seven offices across coastal Maine and New Hampshire.
