On June 11, Manchester voters have an opportunity to reelect an experienced, dedicated, thoughtful, and knowledgeable Select Board member. Dawn Kliphan has served four terms on the Manchester Select Board. Dawn has served with distinction on various local and regional committees and projects. Previously, Dawn served two terms on the Planning Board, and has taken a particular interest in education and infrastructure issues.

As a relatively new selectman, I have learned a great deal from Dawn. Manchester is fortunate to have a progressive, forward-thinking Select Board that functions with comity, cooperation, and compassion for Manchester. Together with the town staff, we have navigated the COVID situation, maintaining and strengthening town services, while holding the line on taxes and spending.

On June 11, please join me in reelecting Dawn Kliphan to the Manchester Select Board.
