READFIELD – William T. “Bill” Ames, 95, of the Balsam House in Readfield, Maine, formerly of Westborough, Mass., died at home, Saturday, June 1, 2024. He was the husband of 68 years to the late Joan (Shoppe) Ames, who died in 2019.
