Elm City Bridge Club

Ken Harvey and Diane Bishop were the first-place finishers at Elm City Duplicate Bridge during the July 2 duplicate bridge session, followed by Wilma Pouliot and Dick Quinlan, second; and Suzon Morrison and Gabrielle Rice, third.

Games are played on Tuesdays at 12:30 at the Waterville Elks Lodge. Note: The July 9 game will be relocated.

Games begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St.; new players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club

The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club winners for June 26 were Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman. Jane Elliott and Lorna Davis finished second and Nancy Lenfest and Nancy Lindgren finished third.

The winners on June 27 were Fred and Lorrie Letourneau. David Martz and Ruth Kenney finished second and Tom Simmons and Paul Mitnik finished third.

The games are played at noon Wednesday and 6 p.m. Thursday at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.

Participants should bring a partner. Those who need a partner can call Mitnik, the director, at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
